As the leaves change and it gets colder, now is a good time to start running those shop specials. How about kids discounts? Many shops have $7 or $8 Tues or Wed. for kids. I recommend at least 1 discounted day for the kids; pick your slowest day. Of course the price depends on what your shop charges normally. If your shop is normally $12 for kids, charge $10 on your discount day. If you normally charge $10, your discount day could be $8. Try it, spread the word, and watch your shop grow.
